Viewing Eduphoria Reservation Calendars

If you have reserved a chromebook/laptop cart through Eduphoria, you can easily see who reserved it before or after you! This can help with locating a cart that's not in its "home".

1. Open Eduphoria's Facilities & Events.
2. Click on your reservation on the left. 
3. Close the pop-up window with your reservation details (this is where you DELETE reservations that you no longer need). 
4. Then you can navigate through the calendar for that item. 
• Click the magnifying glass and make sure Requestor and Item are both selected.
• Select between Day, Week, and Month view
5. Use the phone list or master schedule (both in Google Drive) to find room numbers for the teachers before and after your reservation.

FISD's New Secondary Website: Digital Melting Pot

Introducing Frisco ISD's Secondary Digital Learning Coaches' new technology support website: Digital Melting Pot. 

Over the summer, my staff Titan Tech Tips website will be narrowed down to include only Centennial HS specific information. All general tech help (Eduphoria, eSchool, Office, Google Drive, etc.) that is the same for all FISD staff will be accessed through this new site. My student tech help site will remain unchanged for now.

End-of-Year Equipment and Room Reservations

As the end of the year approaches, teachers often are scrambling to reserve rooms and equipment for projects and other assignments. Just as a reminder, room reservations must be entered in the name of the teacher whose class will physically be in the room at that time. Also, if you no longer need a reservation, delete it as soon as you know it's not needed.

If you try to reserve something and nothing is available, check back in a couple of days to see if something opened up.

Eduphoria is hosting their 12 annual bumper sticker contest. Several of the past winners are pinned on my cubby wall if you want to check them out. If you're interested, submissions are due this Friday, November 6th.

Eduphoria's Help Update

Eduphoria has updated its Help section to a new look and added some Search functionality. Once you click Help, you ‘ll notice you still have a button for each application, but you also have a search option at the top to search for key words to take you directly to the topic you are looking for. 

Weather through Eduphoria

In case you haven’t noticed, you can add a panel for the weather on your home page in Eduphoria!
 1)   On the home page, near the top left, select Add New.

2)   Select the panel you want to add.

3)   Click Add.

If you select the Weather Panel, enter the zip code and it will look something like this:

You can click the edit button in the top right corner to change zip code at any time.
