This Sunday (March 8) is International
Women’s Day and, to honor this, YouTube has launched an inspirational project
that encourages teenage women to recognize their strengths, embrace
their passions and imperfections, and realize that when the going gets
tough, it doesn’t mean it’s going to last forever. This empowering
campaign is using social media in the most awesome of ways, and we love the
message it’s sending to girls who feel left out, uncomfortable in their
bodies, uncool, or just straight-up confused (AKA, how everyone feels as a
teen).
